This unique patented machine is the only one that produces Sicilian Arancini following the hand made tradition. The filling is perfectly contained in the middle of the Arancino, exactly as the hand made ones. The perfect dosage of the ingredients guarantees an excellent quality.

This machine is entirely built in stainless steel and it comprises a conveyor belt for the product to be easily placed.

It occupies very little space due to its dimensions and it is equipped with wheels.

The operator simply has to fill the feed tanks with rice and filling and start the machine. The desired quantity of
production can be programmed.

Soritec B can have three different kits, according to the weight range you need to produce:

• KIT562 Range: 120 - 150 Gr.
• KIT565 Range: 150 - 180 Gr.
• KIT575 Range: 180 - 220 Gr.

One kit and two pairs of moulds (conic and half round) are included with the machine.
